• R1 and every other row : knit all sts
• R2: K1, M1, K14, M1, K1, M1, K14, M1, K1
• R4: K2, M1, K14, M1, K3, M1, K14, M1, K2
• R6: K3, M1, K14, M1, K5, M1, K14, M1, K3
• R8: K4, M1, K14, M1, K7, M1, K14, M1, K4
• R9-17: knit all sts

• R1: K19, K8, SKP, turn
• R2: Sl1, P7, P2tog, turn
• R3: Sl1, K7, SKP, turn
• R4-18: repeat R2&3

You should end up with 31 sts

• R1: knit all its
• R2: *K1, P1*, repeat from *to* to the end
• R3: *P1, K1*, repeat from *to* to the end
• R4-13: repeat R2&3

I recommend a stretchy bind off in pattern, leave a longish yarn so you can use it for sewing up the boots starting at the cuff and go all the way to the heel and then to the toes.

Weave in the ends and you’re done!
