Ingredients

  • 1 Cup plain flour
  • 1 Cup caster sugar
  • 1 Cup rolled oats
  • 1 Cup coconut
  • 125g Butter
  • 2 Tablespoons golden syrup
  • 1 Tablespoons boiling water
  • 1 Teaspoon Bi-carb

Method

  1. Combine dry ingredients.
  2. Melt butter and golden syrup. Combine water and bi-carb and add to the butter mix.
  3. Combine both mixtures in a large bowl.
  4. Teaspoon sized balls onto tray and allow space for spreading.
  5. 160 - 180 degrees oven for 15 - 20 minutes.
