10 mins prep. 20 mins cook. 180ºC.  

Ingredients

  • 1 Cup plain flour 
  • 1/2 Cup sugar
  • 1 Cup  coconut 
  • 1 Tablespoon Cocoa 
  • 6 Oz butter

Method

Combine all dry ingredients and then add the melted butter and mix. Spread into a lined tray and compress. Pre-cut into portions and bake in a 180ºc oven.
