Ingredients
- Zest of 1 orange
- Juice of 1 orange
- 1 1/2 Teaspoons smoked paprika
- 1 1/2 Teaspoons dijon or english mustard
- 3 Tablespoons honey
- 3 Tablespoon ketchup
- Olive oil
- Salt and pepper
- Fresh parsley

Mix all ingredients together and the marinate your desired meat for as long as you can or see fit.
